The Vauxhall Vivaro has always been a popular wheelchair accessible vehicle due to its flexibility for families or transport providers.  This vehicle has seating for up to 8 when the wheelchair position is not in use and 5 when a wheelchair user is travelling as a passenger.

The Gowrings Mobility conversion is only carried out on the Combi version of the vehicle which is supplied by Vauxhall as a passenger carrier and already has windows fitted.  It is not the version converted which is a van with retro fitted windows.

The lowered floor uses a 4 point wheelchair securing system and a lap and diagonal belt to keep the wheelchair passenger safe and secure.  An electric winch has also been fitted to aid access into the vehicle, if required.

Access is via a lightweight, gas assisted, ramp at the rear.
